From the last time i said anything about a race, i have done Pace Bend, Lago vista, and this weekend, rouge roubaix. Pace Bend was a really good race for me. It was my first cat 3 race of the season and i got some good speed back in my legs and did fairly well seeing that i really did'nt do too much cat 3 races the season before. Lago Vista was ok, i was a little sick and tired so i did'nt make it through the whole race. On sunday i got in a break for a little while but we eventually got caught. All in all it was great racing experience for races later on down the road. On Friday, we will all be leaving for ROUGE! It is going to be fun but at the same time...really really.... HARD. Either way, its going to be good XP! as my World of Warcraft aprentices would say. I'm all ready for it with my continental gator skin tires and slime tubes!!

Back from VOS

Hey, Valley of the Sun was a good race to start the season. Mike was our GC guy so for me the TT was kind of a leg opener for me. Saturday was the road race. Mike had trouble with his bike during the TT so he was three minutes down in ninth place. The RR started easy but eventually attacks started going. Austin and another guy got away on the 1st lap but we brought them back in right before the KOM (king of the mountains) wich awarded time bonuses to 1st, 2nd , and 3rd. Mike took second. On the next lap I attacked, then Will countered it. Then off mike went while we blocked for him he gained alot of time to go on and win the stage. Sunday was the crit. Mike was now in 4th place GC 27 seconds down. Our plan was to attack and counterattack til' we could get mike off the front to take the stage and the time bonus on the finish. We got him off the front but he ended up being pulled back. Mike took 4th in the crit. Overrall, the race was really good for training and we did really good considering it was our first real race together as a team. PACE BEND next weekend!!! should be fun.

Leaving for VOS

Hey everyone. Austin and i are leaving tommorow to meet everyone in Phoenix I'm looking forward to a good race weekend a good start to the season!!

Valley of the Sun- two days!

Hey, Valley of the sun is really close now. Some of the guys left this afternoon for Arizona. I'm going to be flying up there thursday afternoon. I'm feeling good right now i took a nap and did some homework now im just hanging out. I think the junior team will have a good race this weekend
