Valley of the Sun- two days!

Hey, Valley of the sun is really close now. Some of the guys left this afternoon for Arizona. I'm going to be flying up there thursday afternoon. I'm feeling good right now i took a nap and did some homework now im just hanging out. I think the junior team will have a good race this weekend

The race was really good to get my legs back to racing. This friday is team camp and on saturday we are having the team presentation. should be fun

UVEX!

Today i got the uvex helmet and the glasses we will be using. They both look really cool and the helmet feels like it will keep my noggin safe. This weekend some of the team will be going to New Braunfels to do a little warm up race. Hope to see some of you guys out there. And if you go good luck and have fun!

Back from Talihena

This morning the some of the team went up to talihena to get a good traing ride in. we got there and did the 40 mile loop then ended the ride with three efforts up one of the climbs. I didnt feel to good but hey its just training. IM READY FOR VOS!!
